R Narendra Babu has worked in water resources Department totally for around 18 years out of which for 13 Years managed water recharging. And water Management in Tungabhadra reservoir and canals in that region.

She is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds master’s degree in commerce from Karnataka University, PG Diploma in Financial Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and 2nd rank holder in advance diploma in management accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She has also completed certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection conducted by DAAB of ICAI. Before joining our Company, she was an independent consultant and advisor.
She is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She holds bachelors’ degree in commerce from Karnatak University. She is an associate member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
